We currently have 9 Live classes via zoom every week, over 1000+ recorded classes, monthly workshops, and online courses in traditional tai chi.

Begin with Breath Connect was created by Dr. Adam Potts and Laura Potts.
Adam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Tai Chi Instructor, and Yoga Teacher.
Laura is a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Recovery, and Qigong.
